Cohorts of 20 exceptional young professionals, ages 25–35, are nominated by existing Members and Patrons Council members. The programme spans twelve months with exclusive access to ECoG events, policy labs, mentorship from distinguished fellows, and representation at the Africa Business & Economic Summit.

Applications for our inaugural Young Leaders cohort closed in Q4 2024. The inaugural class of 20 Young Leaders will be onboarded and formally launched at the 2025 Annual Congress. Future cohorts will open annually.
